About

Aida Sanjush is an avid learner with a strong sense of community, driven by a profound dedication to humanitarian causes, particularly advocating for women’s education and promoting the well-being of refugees. After completing a transformative year-round exchange program at Sciences Po in France, Aida is currently embarking on the final year of her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of British Columbia. As a Research and Network Development Assistant at ORICE, Aida contributes to the Intergenerational Connections and Futures Project, shaping a progressive socio-political landscape in Afghanistan and influencing crisis response through informed research, policy, and practice. A few of her favourite things include being outdoors, capturing its beauty through photography, exploring libraries and bookstores, painting, and cruising through the city with her skateboard!
